  1. Conduct thorough assessments of patients' respiratory conditions and develop individualized treatment plans based on their specific needs.
  2. Administer respiratory treatments, procedures, and medications as prescribed by physicians.
  3. Monitor and evaluate patients' response to treatment and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal care.
  4. Educate patients and their families on respiratory health management, disease prevention, and treatment options.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and document all procedures and treatments performed.
  6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
  7. Stay updated on the latest advancements and best practices in respiratory care through continuous education and training.
  8. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
  9. Provide emotional support and empathy to patients and their families during difficult times.
  10. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and assist in developing and implementing new policies and procedures to enhance patient care.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Respiratory Therapy Or A Related Field From An Accredited Institution.

  • Current State License As A Registered Respiratory Therapist (Rrt).

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Hospital Or Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Critical Care Unit.

  • Knowledge And Experience With A Variety Of Respiratory Equipment, Including Mechanical Ventilators And Oxygen Delivery Devices.

  • Excellent Communication And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Multidisciplinary Team.
