  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residency program, including scheduling, budgeting, and program logistics.
  2. Provide administrative support to residents and faculty, including coordinating meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with program stakeholders, including residents, faculty, and external partners.
  4. Collaborate with program leadership to ensure program goals and objectives are met.
  5. Monitor and track resident progress and provide support as needed.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with program requirements.
  7. Manage program budget and expenses, including tracking and reporting.
  8. Plan and coordinate program events, such as orientations, trainings, and graduation ceremonies.
  9. Utilize effective communication skills to foster a positive and collaborative environment among residents and faculty.
  10. Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new residents.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date program documentation.
  12. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for program enhancements.
  13. Provide guidance and support to residents and faculty on program policies and procedures.
  14. Uphold and promote the mission and values of Kaiser Permanente in all aspects of the role.
  15. Collaborate with other departments and teams within Kaiser Permanente to promote a cohesive and integrated healthcare approach.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Administration Or Program Management.

  • Knowledge Of And Experience With Residency Program Accreditation Requirements And Processes.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders.

  • Ability To Manage And Prioritize Multiple Tasks And Projects, With A High Level Of Organization And Attention To Detail.
