Job Description

Negotiates performance expectations with customers and creates project work plans to match. Assists in research problem definition and proposes possible resolutions. Uses knowledge of research methodology, data sources and technology to recommend solutions. Monitor data queries, data transfers and data reconciliation. Ensures data transfer processes comply with organizational data agreements, IRB approved protocols, and applicable regulations for data transfers. Ensures alignment with data and application standards. Actively contributes to knowledge sharing efforts through engagement in project team meetings, contributions to knowledge sharing tools, and cross training. Assists in the development and implementation of trainings for internal and external collaborators on research protocols and data management.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years' experience with projects involving complete data systems.

  • Familiarity with data flow diagraming and process flow diagramming using Visio or similar tools.

  • Familiarity with Scripting languages used in REDCap, SQL reporting

  • Minimum 4 years in a research setting or working with health care data.
