Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Research Project Manager to join our team at Kaiser Permanente. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing research projects from start to finish. You will be an integral part of our research department, working collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders to ensure that our research projects are completed on time and within budget.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as public health, and at least three years of experience in project management. You should also possess a working knowledge of research methods, data management and statistical analysis, as well as exceptional organizational and communication skills.If you have a passion for research and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead research projects from start to finish, including developing timelines, overseeing research activities, and evaluating results.
  2. Work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders, including team members, external partners, and research subjects.
  3. Develop and manage budgets and timelines for research projects.
  4. Monitor progress of research projects and ensure adherence to established timelines.
  5. Ensure accuracy and quality of all data collected and analyzed.
  6. Manage and coordinate research activities, including data collection, analysis, and report writing.
  7. Analyze and interpret research data and develop meaningful conclusions.
  8. Present research findings at conferences and other meetings.
  9. Maintain records and document research activities.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards.
