Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Patient Registration, Scheduling, Or Customer Service In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Insurance Verification, And Billing Processes.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Providers.
Proficient In Using Electronic Health Record Systems And Other Relevant Software.
