- Provide high-quality and compassionate care to patients in the Medical/Surgical Intensive Care unit.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Monitor and manage patient symptoms and vital signs, and administer medications as needed.
- Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and address patient needs and concerns.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education and support as needed.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and progress.

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Is Typically Required For A Registered Nurse Position At Kaiser Permanente. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Solid Foundation In Nursing Theory And Practice.
Active Rn License: Candidates Must Possess An Active, Unrestricted Rn License In The State Where The Position Is Located. This Ensures That The Nurse Is Legally Permitted To Practice Nursing And Is Up-To-Date With All Necessary Certifications.
