1. Oversee and coordinate the care of patients in the inpatient unit, ensuring the highest level of care and patient satisfaction.
2. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
3. Supervise and provide guidance to the nursing staff, including assigning duties, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
4. Act as a resource for the nursing staff, answering questions and providing support as needed.
