  1. Provide exceptional and compassionate care to patients with complex cardiac conditions.
  2. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create a healing environment for patients.
  3. Monitor and assess patients' conditions, including vital signs and cardiac rhythms.
  4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  5. Educate patients and their families about their condition, procedures, and self-care.
  6. Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to assess and address patient needs.
  7. Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
  8. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
  9. Remain up-to-date with advancements in cardiovascular care and participate in ongoing education and training.
  10. Communicate effectively and collaborate with the healthcare team, including physicians, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.
  11. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during difficult times.
  12. Assess and respond to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner.
  13. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold ethical standards in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
  15. Serve as an advocate for patients and ensure their needs and preferences are respected and addressed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited University Or College.

  • Current And Unrestricted Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Practice.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Recent Experience In A Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (Icu) Setting.

  • Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Certifications.

  • Strong Critical Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced And High-Stress Environment.
