  1. Operate and maintain radiology equipment to perform diagnostic imaging procedures on patients.
  2. Administer contrast media and other medications as needed during imaging procedures.
  3. Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure accurate and high-quality imaging results.
  4. Obtain and review patient medical history to ensure appropriate imaging procedures are performed.
  5. Communicate with patients and their families to explain procedures and address any concerns or questions.
  6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
  7. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure the well-being of patients and staff.
  8. Maintain accurate and complete patient records and documentation.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions and report any issues promptly.
  10. Stay up-to-date on advancements and developments in radiology technology and procedures.
  11. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of patient care.
  12. Mentor and train new radiology technicians as needed.
  13. Demonstrate a compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients and their families.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
  15. Collaborate with radiologists and other physicians to accurately interpret and analyze imaging results.
  16. Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  17. Assist in the scheduling and coordination of imaging procedures.
  18. Attend and actively participate in departmental meetings and trainings.
  19. Adhere to all hospital and regulatory policies and procedures.
  20. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Completion Of An Accredited Radiology Technician Program

  • Possession Of Arrt (American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists) Certification
