- Conduct diagnostic imaging procedures using various radiologic equipment and techniques.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during radiologic procedures.
- Review and analyze images to ensure they meet quality standards and accurately capture the necessary diagnostic information.
- Communicate with patients to explain procedures and address any concerns or questions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and timely patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Stay current with industry developments and advancements in radiologic technology.
- Assist in training and mentoring new technologists and students.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to departmental goals and initiatives.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and maintain relevant certifications and licensure.

Current Certification By The American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists (Arrt).
Bachelor's Degree In Radiologic Technology Or Related Field From An Accredited Institution.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Clinical Experience As A Radiologic Technologist, With At Least 1 Year In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting.
Proficiency In Operating A Variety Of Radiologic Equipment, Including X-Ray, Ct, Mri, And Ultrasound.
Strong Knowledge Of Anatomy, Physiology, And Medical Terminology, As Well As Radiation Safety And Protection Protocols.
