- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, MRI scans, and other imaging techniques, in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures by following radiation safety protocols and providing clear instructions to patients.
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment, performing regular quality control checks to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Review and evaluate images for technical quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed for optimal results.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including imaging procedures performed and patient history.
- Stay up-to-date on advancements in imaging technology and techniques, attending training and educational programs as necessary.
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure a positive and comfortable experience.
- Follow departmental policies and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient care and service delivery.

Bachelor's Degree In Radiologic Technology Or Related Field.
Knowledge Of And Adherence To Radiation Safety Protocols And Procedures.
Certification From The American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists (Arrt).
Current State Licensure As A Radiologic Technologist.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Hospital Or Clinical Setting.
