  1. Conduct X-ray imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols and safety standards.
  2. Monitor and ensure the quality of X-ray images, making adjustments as needed to obtain accurate results.
  3. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely diagnoses.
  4. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure patient confidentiality at all times.
  5. Educate patients about the imaging procedures and answer any questions or concerns they may have.
  6. Follow proper infection control procedures to maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
  7. Operate and maintain imaging equipment, including performing regular quality checks and reporting any malfunctions.
  8. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines in the performance of duties.
  9. Continuously update knowledge and skills through participation in educational opportunities and staying current with industry developments.
  10. Provide excellent customer service to all patients and their families, ensuring a positive experience at Kaiser Permanente.
  11. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, working closely with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care for patients.

Job Qualifications
  • Current Certification By The American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists (Arrt)

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Medical Center

  • Bachelor's Degree In Radiologic Technology Or A Related Field

  • Knowledge Of Current Radiologic Technology And Equipment, Including Digital Imaging And Pacs Systems

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced And Team-Oriented Environment.
