  1. Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing quality systems and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  4. Conduct audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality standards and identify any areas of non-conformance.
  5. Analyze data and provide regular reports on the performance of quality management systems.
  6. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  7. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions for quality management systems.
  8. Train and educate staff on quality management principles and procedures.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to quality management systems and make recommendations for updates and improvements.
  10. Lead and coordinate responses to quality-related incidents or complaints.
  11. Ensure timely and accurate completion of all quality-related documentation and records.
  12. Provide guidance and support to team members on quality-related matters.
  13. Monitor and maintain compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies related to healthcare quality.
  14. Participate in quality assurance committees and meetings to provide insights and recommendations for improving quality systems.
  15. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices and innovative strategies for quality management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or Quality Management.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Quality Management Role, Preferably In Healthcare Or A Related Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Quality Improvement Methodologies, Such As Lean Six Sigma Or Total Quality Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Familiarity With Healthcare Regulations And Accreditation Standards, Such As Cms Guidelines And Joint Commission Requirements.
