Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or Quality Management.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Quality Management Role, Preferably In Healthcare Or A Related Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Quality Improvement Methodologies, Such As Lean Six Sigma Or Total Quality Management.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams.
Familiarity With Healthcare Regulations And Accreditation Standards, Such As Cms Guidelines And Joint Commission Requirements.
