  1. Develop and implement quality and safety improvement strategies and initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis of clinical data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make evidence-based recommendations.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare teams and other stakeholders to identify and address quality and safety issues.
  4. Provide expertise and guidance on regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to clinical quality and safety.
  5. Design and deliver training programs to educate and empower healthcare providers on quality and safety improvement measures.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality and safety improvement initiatives and make adjustments as needed.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert on clinical quality and safety for internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Stay current on industry trends and advancements in clinical quality and safety to inform and improve our practices.
  9. Communicate progress and outcomes of quality and safety improvement efforts to leadership and stakeholders.
  10. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality while working with sensitive patient information.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies and procedures that support quality and safety improvement.
  12. Act as a change agent and advocate for a culture of continuous improvement and patient-centered care.
  13. Mentor and train junior consultants and provide guidance and support as needed.
  14. Represent the organization in external meetings, conferences, and events related to quality and safety improvement.
  15. Embrace and promote the organization's mission, values, and goals in all aspects of the role.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Quality And Safety Improvement Within A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Quality Improvement Methodologies And Tools, Such As Lean Six Sigma And Pdsa.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Accreditation Standards, Such As Cms And The Joint Commission.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Levels Of Healthcare Professionals.
