  1. Develop and implement quality and safety protocols and policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Monitor and analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement in quality and safety across the healthcare system.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and teams to identify and address potential risks and issues related to quality and safety.
  4. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
  5. Provide training and education to staff on quality and safety practices and procedures.
  6. Investigate and resolve any quality and safety incidents or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to quality and safety in healthcare.
  8. Communicate regularly with leadership and stakeholders to provide updates on quality and safety initiatives.
  9. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality and safety programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and promote a culture of quality and safety.
  11. Stay informed of changes in regulations and update policies and procedures as needed.
  12. Collaborate with other healthcare facilities and organizations to share best practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  13. Act as a resource and provide guidance to staff on quality and safety matters.
  14. Participate in quality and safety committees and meetings to provide expertise and input on relevant issues.
  15. Maintain accurate and detailed records and reports related to quality and safety activities and outcomes.
  16. Foster a positive and collaborative working environment that promotes a culture of quality and safety.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7 Years Experience In Healthcare Quality And Safety Oversight, With A Strong Understanding Of Industry Standards And Regulations.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Or Related Field; Master's Degree Preferred.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Quality Improvement Methodologies, Such As Lean Six Sigma Or Plan-Do-Study-Act.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Quality Improvement Initiatives, Including Data Analysis And Performance Measurement.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
