  1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals with ASD to determine appropriate treatment plans.
  2. Develop and implement evidence-based interventions for individuals with ASD.
  3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care for patients with ASD.
  4. Stay current on research and best practices in ASD treatment.
  5. Provide individual and group therapy to individuals with ASD, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities.
  6. Monitor and track progress of patients with ASD, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  7. Educate and support families of individuals with ASD, providing resources and recommendations for ongoing care.
  8. Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation.
  9. Participate in trainings and workshops to further enhance skills and knowledge in the field of ASD.
  10. Serve as a resource and consultant for colleagues and other professionals working with individuals with ASD.
  11. Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of job performance.
  12. Act as an advocate for individuals with ASD, promoting awareness and understanding of the disorder.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve upon treatment methods and approaches.
  14. Collaborate with community organizations and resources to enhance support for individuals with ASD.
  15. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and case conferences.

Job Qualifications
  • A Doctoral Degree In Psychology From An Accredited University, With A Specialization In Autism Spectrum Disorder (Asd).

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Clinical Experience In Working With Individuals Diagnosed With Asd.

  • Hold A Valid License To Practice Psychology In The State Of California.

  • Knowledge And Experience In Evidence-Based Interventions For Asd, Such As Applied Behavior Analysis (Aba) And Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (Cbt).

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With A Multidisciplinary Team And Provide Support To Families And Caregivers Of Individuals With Asd.
