  1. Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with patients to address a wide range of mental health concerns.
  2. Utilize evidence-based practices and treatment modalities to assess, diagnose, and treat patients.
  3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
  4. Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
  5. Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to inform diagnosis and treatment planning.
  6. Stay up-to-date on current research and best practices in the field of psychology.
  7. Provide education and support to patients and their families to improve their understanding of mental health and promote overall well-being.
  8. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of patient care.
  9. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case consultations to ensure coordinated and holistic treatment for patients.
  10. Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients and their families, as well as with colleagues and other healthcare professionals.
  11. Continuously monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  12. Uphold the mission and values of Kaiser Permanente in all interactions and decision-making.
  13. Actively contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives to improve patient care.
  14. Engage in ongoing professional development and seek out opportunities for growth and learning.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and privacy of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • A Doctoral Degree In Psychology (Phd Or Psyd) From An Accredited Institution.

  • State Licensure As A Psychologist, With A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Clinical Experience.

  • Experience And Expertise In Evidence-Based Practices And Interventions For A Variety Of Mental Health Disorders.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With A Multidisciplinary Team.

  • Familiarity With Electronic Medical Records And Ability To Document Patient Progress Accurately And Efficiently.
