  1. Develop and implement risk management strategies to protect the well-being of Kaiser Permanente members and the organization as a whole.
  2. Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards and vulnerabilities.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish risk mitigation plans and ensure their timely execution.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management strategies and make necessary adjustments as needed.
  5. Stay informed of industry trends and regulatory requirements related to risk management.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
  7. Communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to raise awareness of potential risks and promote a culture of risk management.
  8. Lead and facilitate risk management training for employees to increase their understanding and ability to identify and manage risks.
  9. Oversee the development and maintenance of risk management policies and procedures.
  10. Coordinate with external agencies and partners to address emerging risks and ensure alignment with best practices.
  11. Manage a team of risk management professionals and provide guidance and support as needed.
  12. Produce regular reports and presentations on risk management activities and outcomes for senior leadership.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline risk management processes.
  14. Serve as a subject matter expert on risk management and provide guidance and support to other departments as needed.
  15. Represent Kaiser Permanente in risk management-related meetings, conferences, and events.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Program Management Role, Preferably In Healthcare Or Related Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Risk Management Principles And Experience In Developing Risk Management Strategies

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels

  • Experience Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams, With A Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Complex Projects On Time And Within Budget.
