We are looking for a Program Manager, Regional Patient Care Services at Kaiser Permanente to lead and develop innovative programs that enhance the quality of patient care in our regional areas. Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement innovative programs that enhance the quality of patient care in Kaiser Permanente's regional areas.

-Lead internal and external teams in the development of program strategies and objectives.

-Evaluate and improve existing programs and procedures to ensure high-quality care for Kaiser Permanente's patients.

-Collaborate with regional healthcare teams to ensure that programs are being effectively delivered and that patient needs are being met.

-Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare industry and current trends in patient care.

-Monitor program performance and compliance with applicable regulations.

-Provide guidance and direction to program staff and ensure that goals and objectives are met.

-Develop and manage budgets for programs.

-Prepare and present reports and presentations to executives and stakeholders.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders and community partners.
