As a Practitioner, Respiratory Care, you will play a crucial role in assessing, treating, and managing respiratory conditions in our patients.   1. Assess and evaluate patients' respiratory conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
  2. Administer respiratory treatments and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
  3. Monitor and record patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  4. Educate patients and their families on proper respiratory care techniques and disease management.
  5. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  7. Stay current on industry developments and advancements in respiratory care.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
  9. Provide support and guidance to respiratory care technicians and other team members.
  10. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the department.
  11. Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  12. Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and sensitivity towards patients.
  13. Adhere to ethical and professional standards at all times.
  14. Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  15. Continuously strive for excellence in patient care and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Respiratory Care Or Related Field.

  • Current Bls And Acls Certifications.

  • Current And Valid Respiratory Care Practitioner (Rcp) License.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Electronic Medical Records And Proficiency In Computer Skills.
