- Utilize advanced knowledge of orthopedic rehabilitation techniques and modalities to help patients recover from injuries and achieve their full physical potential.
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
- Monitor and track patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for managing their injuries and promoting overall health and wellness.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice, as well as all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Continuously expand knowledge and skills through ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by communicating effectively with colleagues and providing support and guidance to less experienced therapists.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Physical Therapy From An Accredited Institution.
Current State Licensure Or Eligibility To Obtain Licensure In The State Of Practice.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Orthopedic Physical Therapy.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Evidence-Based Practices And Treatment Protocols For Orthopedic Conditions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Collaborate With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals Within A Multidisciplinary Team.
