  1. Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and create personalized treatment plans.
  2. Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques to help patients improve their physical function and recover from injuries.
  3. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
  4. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
  5. Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and self-management techniques.
  6. Monitor and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  7. Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice.
  8. Keep up-to-date with advancements and changes in the field of physical therapy.
  9. Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  10. Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment.
  11. Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and professionalism in all interactions with patients.
  12. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of departmental goals and protocols.
  13. Attend and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  14. Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.
  15. Provide exceptional customer service and patient care at all times.

  17. Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  18. Collaborate with insurance companies and other payers to ensure proper billing and reimbursement.
  19. Act as a resource and mentor for other therapists and support staff.

Job Qualifications
  • A Doctor Of Physical Therapy (Dpt) Degree From An Accredited Program.

  • Current State Licensure And Registration As A Physical Therapist.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Outpatient Orthopedics, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Orthopedic Conditions And Treatment Techniques, Including Manual Therapy And Therapeutic Exercise.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
