
Physical Therapist

Kaiser Permanente is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team and provide compassionate, personalized care to our patients.In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, organizing, and participating in rehabilitative programs that help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit physical disabilities of patients. You will evaluate patients to determine their physical limitations and develop treatment plans to improve and maintain their physical capabilities. You must be committed to providing quality care and have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy and be licensed to practice in the state in which they are employed. In addition, the successful candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience providing physical therapy in a clinical setting, preferably in an acute care setting. Experience with EMR systems, knowledge of current trends and practices in physical therapy, and the ability to work effectively with patients of all ages is also desired.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients to determine their physical limitations and develop treatment plans to improve physical capabilities.
- Participate in rehabilitative programs that help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit physical disabilities.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain knowledge of current trends and practices in physical therapy.
- Utilize EMR systems to document patient progress.
- Work effectively with patients of all ages.
- Ensure quality care according to professional standards and regulations.
