Phlebotomist

Responsibilities:

• Draw blood from patients in a safe and professional manner
• Ensure patient comfort during the procedure
• Ensure proper labeling and documentation of specimens
• Prepare blood samples for laboratory testing
• Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies
• Perform quality control and patient follow-up procedures
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
• Provide patient education and answers to questions about the procedure
• Ensure all laboratory equipment is properly maintained
• Assist with other laboratory duties as needed
