
Phlebotomist
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Phlebotomist to join Kaiser Permanente’s team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing venipuncture and capillary procedures to collect blood samples for laboratory testing. The ideal candidate for this position will have an eye for detail and accuracy, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy providing excellent customer service. To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum qualifications: current certification in Phlebotomy, current CPR certification, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Phlebotomy. Responsibilities:
- Perform venipuncture and capillary procedures to collect blood samples for laboratory testing.
- Ensure accuracy and precision of collected samples.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients.
- Work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay up to date on current phlebotomy practices.
- Maintain current certification in phlebotomy and CPR.
