  1. Manage and oversee all aspects of pharmacy vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, performance evaluations, and issue resolution.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of medications from vendors.
  3. Monitor vendor performance and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high-quality standards.
  5. Evaluate and select new vendors, conducting thorough research and analysis to ensure they meet the organization's standards and needs.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, serving as the primary point of contact for any issues or concerns.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and optimize vendor performance.
  8. Train and supervise team members, providing guidance and support to ensure effective vendor management.
  9. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  10. Prepare and present reports on vendor performance and key metrics to senior leadership.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve vendor management processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Ensure all vendor activities are in line with the organization's values, policies, and procedures.
  13. Serve as a subject matter expert on vendor management and provide guidance to other departments as needed.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vendor contracts, performance, and other related documentation.
  15. Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within the vendor management team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Vendor Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Pharmaceutical Industry Practices, Regulations, And Trends.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Vendors And Internal Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Vendor Contracts, Budgets, And Performance Metrics.
