Job Description

As an integral part of the Kaiser Permanente team, the Clinical Inpatient Pharmacist will be responsible for providing comprehensive and safe medication management for inpatients at Kaiser Permanente. As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for helping to ensure the best possible patient outcomes by utilizing your knowledge of medication use, pharmacological principles, and the healthcare team. This role requires a high level of customer service, attention to detail, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.To be considered for this position, you must have a degree in pharmacy from an accredited college, a valid Pharmacist license in the state of California, and at least two years of clinical experience. In addition, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a desire to provide high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to professional development and a willingness to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide comprehensive and safe medication management for inpatients at Kaiser Permanente.
  2. Utilize knowledge of medication use, pharmacological principles, and the healthcare team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.

  4. Remain current on professional development and best practice standards.
  5. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Possess a valid Pharmacist license in the state of California.

  8. Maintain a degree in pharmacy from an accredited college.
  9. Possess at least two years of clinical experience.
