  1. Assist in providing care for pediatric patients under the direction of medical staff.
  2. Participate in rounds and patient consultations with medical team.
  3. Observe and learn medical procedures and treatments.

  5. Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to medical staff.
  6. Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, families, and medical team.

  10. Demonstrate a strong understanding of ethical and legal standards in healthcare.

  14. Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Job Qualifications
  • Completion Of A Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Health Sciences.

  • Strong Academic Performance, Including A Minimum Gpa Of 3.5.

  • Prior Experience Working With Children, Either Through Volunteer Work, Internships, Or Employment.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Professionals.

  • Knowledge Of Pediatric Care And Current Practices, As Well As A Strong Interest In Pursuing A Career In Pediatrics.
