  1. Provide direct patient care: As a Patient Care Technician, your primary responsibility will be to provide hands-on care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. This includes tasks such as monitoring vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living, and administering medication as directed.
  2. Maintain a safe and sanitary environment: It is essential that our patients receive care in a clean and safe environment. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in patient rooms, common areas, and equipment, as well as following infection control protocols to prevent the spread of illness.
  3. Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team: You will be the first point of contact for patients, so it is crucial to have excellent communication skills. This includes actively listening to patients' concerns, providing clear and accurate information, and relaying any important updates to the healthcare team.
  4. Monitor and report changes in patient condition: You will be responsible for monitoring patients' health status and promptly reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team. This includes documenting patient information accurately and in a timely manner.
  5. Assist with procedures and treatments: In addition to providing basic care, you may also be responsible for assisting with procedures and treatments as directed by the healthcare team. This requires attention to detail and the ability to follow specific instructions.
  6. Provide emotional support and comfort: As a patient care technician, you will have a direct impact on the well-being of our patients. Your compassionate and empathetic demeanor will help provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during their time of need.

Job Qualifications
  • Completion Of A Recognized Patient Care Technician Training Program Or Certification.

  • Minimum Of 1 Year Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Clinic.

  • Strong Understanding Of Medical Terminology And Basic Patient Care Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, With The Ability To Interact With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Professionals.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Work Well In A Fast-Paced And High-Pressure Environment, While Maintaining A High Level Of Professionalism And Empathy Towards Patients.
