Patient Care Technician

Responsibilities:

1. Assist nursing staff in providing patient care, including taking patient vital signs, collecting samples, and ensuring patient safety.
2. Maintain and update patient medical records.
3. Educate patients and families on health topics and provide emotional support.
4. Respond to patient inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
5. Assist in the daily operations of the medical office.
6. Utilize digital healthcare systems to accurately track and record patient data.
7. Follow safety protocols and HIPAA regulations.
8. Participate in continuing education and training as needed.
