Patient Care Technician

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our Kaiser Permanente team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care to individuals of all ages in a clinical setting. Responsibilities:

1. Assist with patient check-in, check-out, and scheduling of appointments.
2. Collect patient information for medical records and update existing information.
3. Monitor patients' vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
4. Assist with personal hygiene needs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
5. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
6. Assist with mobility and transfers in and out of bed.
7. Answer patient questions and provide patient education.
8. Assist nursing staff with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
9. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
10. Follow all safety procedures and infection control protocols.
