Patient Access Representative

We’re looking for an experienced, compassionate Patient Access Representative to join our Kaiser Permanente team. Our ideal candidate is a customer service-oriented professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You’ll be responsible for managing patient access, verifying insurance eligibility, and assisting with financial counseling. In this role, you must be able to maintain a pleasant demeanor even in challenging situations.To be considered for this position, you must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of two years of experience in customer service roles, and experience working in a medical setting. Knowledge of medical terminology is essential.
