- Conduct contract review and assist with drafting and negotiating legal agreements.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases and projects.
- Prepare and organize legal documents, such as pleadings, briefs, and contracts.
- Maintain and update legal databases and records.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, external parties, and clients regarding legal matters.
- Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive legal information.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure alignment and consistency in legal matters.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.

Bachelor's Degree In Paralegal Studies Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Paralegal In A Healthcare Or Corporate Setting
Knowledge Of Relevant Laws And Regulations, Such As Hipaa And Healthcare Compliance
Proficiency In Legal Research, Document Management, And Case Management Software
Excellent Communication, Organizational, And Critical Thinking Skills.
