- Provide exceptional eye care to patients by assisting optometrists in various tasks such as taking patient history, performing preliminary eye tests, and preparing patients for eye exams.

- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and maintaining inventory of supplies.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Follow established protocols and guidelines to ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.
- Continuously strive to improve and enhance the patient experience by seeking feedback and implementing improvements as needed.

Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills
High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education
Completion Of A Certified Medical Assistant (Cma) Or Optometric Technician (Cot) Program
Knowledge Of Basic Medical Terminology And Procedures
Previous Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In Optometry Or Ophthalmology
