As a Kaiser Permanente Optometrist, you will be part of a world-class team of professionals, providing comprehensive care to a diverse patient population.The ideal candidate will possess a Doctor of Optometry degree and have a license to practice Optometry in the state of California. We are also looking for a compassionate Optometrist who is committed to providing excellent patient care and has the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide comprehensive optometry care to patients of all ages.
  2. Diagnose, treat, and prevent vision defects and related eye diseases.
  3. Perform routine eye exams and prescribe corrective lenses.
  4. Educate patients on proper eye care and vision health.
  5. Evaluate test results and determine appropriate treatments.
  6. Monitor and adjust patient treatments as needed.
  7. Promote a positive and professional environment.
  8. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
  9. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
  10. Remain current with developments in the field of optometry.
