Responsibilities:

1. Provide quality home health services to patients in accordance with Kaiser Permanente's core values of respect, dignity, and integrity.
2. Maintain current license to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of practice and certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
3. Establish and maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and their families.
4. Demonstrate commitment to quality, safety, and patient-centered care.
5. Develop and implement individual treatment plans for patients in accordance with their goals and objectives.
6. Monitor and document patient progress, outcomes, and any changes in condition.
7. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
8. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.
9. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in Occupational Therapy.
