  8. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify and address gaps in nursing knowledge and skills.
  9. Serve as a resource for nursing staff, providing guidance and support in their continuing education and professional development.
  10. Utilize evidence-based practice and research to inform the design and delivery of educational programs.
  11. Maintain accurate records of education provided, including attendance, evaluations, and outcomes.
  12. Communicate regularly with nursing leadership to provide updates on educational programs and identify areas for improvement.
  13. Participate in professional development activities to maintain and enhance personal knowledge and skills.
  14. Uphold the organization's commitment to diversity and inclusivity in all aspects of educational programming.
  15. Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions with nursing staff, colleagues, and patients.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution

  • Current And Valid Nursing Licensure In The State Of Employment

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Clinical Nursing Experience, Preferably In A Hospital Setting

  • Certification In Nursing Professional Development (Such As Ancc's Npd Certification)

  • Strong Communication, Collaboration, And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Educate And Mentor Other Nurses.
