- Plan and facilitate orientation programs for new nursing staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to provide high-quality care.
- Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in nursing education to continuously improve our programs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide interdisciplinary education opportunities.
- Participate in professional development activities and conferences to stay current in the field of nursing education.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accrediting bodies' requirements for nursing education.
- Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for changes to education programs.
- Conduct regular evaluations of nursing staff to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and support as needed.
- Communicate and collaborate with leadership to address any issues or concerns related to nursing education.
- Maintain accurate records of education programs and staff participation for reporting and accreditation purposes.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Nursing Or A Related Field.
Valid And Current Rn License In The State Of Employment.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Healthcare Setting.
Certification In Nursing Professional Development (Npd) From A Nationally Recognized Organization Such As Ancc Or Npd Certification Council.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Educational Methodologies.
