  1. Develop and implement comprehensive nursing education and training programs for all levels of nursing staff, including new hires, experienced nurses, and leadership.
  2. Collaborate with nursing leadership to assess learning needs and create educational plans that align with organizational goals and priorities.
  3. Utilize evidence-based practices to design and deliver engaging educational activities, such as lectures, workshops, simulations, and online courses.
  4. Serve as a mentor and coach for nursing staff, providing ongoing support and guidance to enhance their clinical skills, critical thinking, and professional growth.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  6. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to enhance the learning experience and keep nursing staff updated on the latest advancements in patient care.
  7. Collaborate with interprofessional teams to promote a culture of continuous learning and a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
  8. Act as a resource for nursing staff, providing guidance and support on complex patient care issues, professional development opportunities, and career advancement.
  9. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation, collaboration, and innovation.
  10. Represent the organization in professional development forums and conferences to showcase our commitment to excellence in nursing education and promote our brand.

Job Qualifications
  • Active And Unrestricted Rn License In The State Of Employment.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited University Or College.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Clinical Nursing Experience.

  • Certification In Nursing Professional Development (Npd) Or Willingness To Obtain Within 1 Year Of Hire.

  • Strong Communication, Leadership, And Teaching Skills With A Passion For Professional Development And Lifelong Learning.
