Active And Unrestricted Rn License In The State Of Employment.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited University Or College.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Clinical Nursing Experience.
Certification In Nursing Professional Development (Npd) Or Willingness To Obtain Within 1 Year Of Hire.
Strong Communication, Leadership, And Teaching Skills With A Passion For Professional Development And Lifelong Learning.
