Nursing Expertise: A Nursing Professional Development Consultant At Kaiser Permanente Should Possess A Strong Background In Nursing, With A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting. This Includes A Thorough Understanding Of Nursing Theory, Evidence-Based Practice, And Current Healthcare Trends.
Education And Certification: Candidates For This Role Should Hold A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Nursing, With A Preference For Those With A Specialization In Nursing Education Or Professional Development. Additionally, Certification As A Nurse Educator Or In A Relevant Specialty Area, Such As Critical Care Or Oncology, Is Highly Desirable.
