- Assess the current skills and knowledge of healthcare professionals and develop comprehensive training plans to address any gaps.
- Design and deliver engaging and effective educational programs that align with organizational goals and standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in nursing education to ensure programs are relevant and impactful.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs through data analysis and feedback from participants.
- Serve as a resource for nurses, providing guidance and support on professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop interdisciplinary training programs and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all training activities.
- Act as a mentor and coach to nursing staff, providing guidance and support for their career development.
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in nursing education.
- Represent the organization at conferences and events related to nursing education.
- Stay informed about changes and updates in healthcare regulations and ensure that all educational programs are compliant.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the nursing team.
- Communicate regularly with nursing leaders and staff to gather feedback and make adjustments to training programs as needed.
- Serve as a role model for ethical and professional behavior within the organization.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field
Active And Unrestricted Rn License
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Clinical Experience In Nursing
Certification In Nursing Professional Development (Npd) From Ancc
Experience In Developing And Implementing Educational Programs And Initiatives For Healthcare Professionals
