  1. Collaborate with nursing leaders and staff to identify learning needs and develop educational programs to support their growth and development.
  2. Assess the current skills and knowledge of healthcare professionals and develop comprehensive training plans to address any gaps.
  3. Design and deliver engaging and effective educational programs that align with organizational goals and standards.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in nursing education to ensure programs are relevant and impactful.
  5. Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs through data analysis and feedback from participants.
  6. Serve as a resource for nurses, providing guidance and support on professional development opportunities.
  7. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop interdisciplinary training programs and initiatives.
  8. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all training activities.
  9. Act as a mentor and coach to nursing staff, providing guidance and support for their career development.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in nursing education.
  11. Represent the organization at conferences and events related to nursing education.
  12. Stay informed about changes and updates in healthcare regulations and ensure that all educational programs are compliant.
  13. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the nursing team.
  14. Communicate regularly with nursing leaders and staff to gather feedback and make adjustments to training programs as needed.
  15. Serve as a role model for ethical and professional behavior within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field

  • Active And Unrestricted Rn License

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Clinical Experience In Nursing

  • Certification In Nursing Professional Development (Npd) From Ancc

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Educational Programs And Initiatives For Healthcare Professionals
