- Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in accordance with Kaiser Permanente's mission and values.
- Work collaboratively with nursing staff to assist in patient care and support.
- Monitor and report any changes in patient's condition to nursing staff.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Follow all established protocols and procedures to ensure patient safety and confidentiality.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing them with emotional support and reassurance.
- Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner.
- Attend and participate in trainings and meetings as required.
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards.
- Demonstrate a caring and empathetic attitude towards patients and their families.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by nursing staff or supervisor.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Nursing Attendant At Kaiser Permanente Should Have A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education.
Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Certification: Candidates Should Have A Valid Cna Certification From An Accredited Institution.
Previous Experience In Healthcare: Prior Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Such As A Hospital Or Nursing Home, Is Preferred For This Role.
Basic Medical Knowledge: Candidates Should Have A Basic Understanding Of Medical Terminology And Procedures To Assist Nurses And Healthcare Professionals.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Being Able To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Their Families, And Other Healthcare Team Members Is Crucial In This Role.
