Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Certification: Candidates Should Have Completed A State-Approved Cna Training Program And Possess A Current Cna Certification.
Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification: Applicants Must Have A Current Bls Certification From An Accredited Provider, Such As The American Heart Association.
Experience In A Healthcare Setting: Previous Experience Working As A Nursing Attendant Or In A Healthcare Setting Is Preferred, As It Demonstrates A Familiarity With The Role And Responsibilities.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Nursing Attendants At Kaiser Permanente Must Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Professionals. They Should Also Be Able To Work Well In A Team Environment.
