  1. Provide high-quality medical care to pediatric patients in a compassionate and professional manner.
  2. Conduct comprehensive health assessments, diagnose illnesses and injuries, and develop treatment plans for pediatric patients.
  3. Administer medications and treatments, and monitor patient progress and response to treatment.
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care for pediatric patients.
  5. Educate patients and their families on healthcare management and preventive measures.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
  7. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in the delivery of patient care.
  8. Continuously evaluate and improve upon clinical practices to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction and outcomes.
  9. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.
  10. Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development and stay updated on advancements in pediatric medicine.
  11. Foster a positive and supportive work environment while working collaboratively with other healthcare team members.
  12. Serve as an advocate for pediatric patients and their families, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed.
  13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and sensitivity when dealing with pediatric patients and their families.
  14. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure the safety of patients and staff.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Nursing Or Physician Assistant Studies With A Focus In Pediatrics From An Accredited Program.

  • Current And Unrestricted License As An Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Or Physician Assistant In The State Of Practice.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Working As A Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant In A Pediatric Setting.

  • Certification By A Recognized National Certification Body, Such As The American Nurses Credentialing Center (Ancc) Or The National Commission On Certification Of Physician Assistants (Nccpa).

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Multidisciplinary Team And Provide Excellent Patient Care In A Fast-Paced Environment.
