Master's Degree In Nursing Or Physician Assistant Studies With A Focus In Pediatrics From An Accredited Program.
Current And Unrestricted License As An Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Or Physician Assistant In The State Of Practice.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Working As A Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant In A Pediatric Setting.
Certification By A Recognized National Certification Body, Such As The American Nurses Credentialing Center (Ancc) Or The National Commission On Certification Of Physician Assistants (Nccpa).
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Multidisciplinary Team And Provide Excellent Patient Care In A Fast-Paced Environment.
