Advanced Degree In Nursing: A Nurse Practitioner In Oncology/Hematology At Kaiser Permanente Should Have At Least A Master's Degree In Nursing With A Specialization In Oncology Or Hematology.
Certification In Oncology/Hematology: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Board Certified As An Oncology Nurse Practitioner (Onp-C) Or A Hematology Nurse Practitioner (Hnp-Bc).
Clinical Experience: Applicants Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Clinical Experience As A Nurse Practitioner In An Oncology Or Hematology Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Cancer Treatments And Blood Disorders: The Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Latest Treatments And Research In The Field Of Oncology And Hematology, Including Chemotherapy, Radiation Therapy, And Targeted Therapies.
