  1. Provide exceptional healthcare services to patients at Kaiser Permanente.
  2. Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and deliver comprehensive care plans for patients.
  3. Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  6. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  7. Educate patients on their conditions and treatment plans.
  8. Continuously update knowledge and skills through ongoing education and training.

  13. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to all healthcare regulations and guidelines.
  14. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of patient care.
  15. Act as a resource for patients, families, and colleagues by providing support and guidance as needed.
  16. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
  17. Adhere to Kaiser Permanente's mission, values, and standards of practice.
  18. Maintain a high level of professionalism and conduct at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Program

  • Current And Unrestricted Registered Nurse And Nurse Practitioner License In The State Of Employment

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience As A Nurse Practitioner In A Primary Care Or Specialty Setting

  • Certification As A Nurse Practitioner From A Nationally Recognized Certifying Body (E.g. Ancc, Aanp)

  • Strong Clinical Knowledge And Skills, Including Proficiency In Diagnostic And Treatment Procedures, As Well As Evidence-Based Practice Guidelines
