Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field

  • Current And Valid Rn License In The State Of Employment

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Nursing Experience, Preferably In A Leadership Or Management Role

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Lead And Collaborate With A Diverse Team

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Quality Improvement Processes, As Well As Experience With Budget Management And Resource Allocation.
