
Nurse Case Manager
We are looking for a talented and experienced Nurse Case Manager to join the Kaiser Permanente team. This position is responsible for providing high-quality case management services to our patients, ensuring that each patient receives the best possible care and treatment. Our ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented professional, with excellent communication and organizational skills and a passion for providing quality care. To be successful in this role, you must possess a current RN license in the state of practice, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a related field. In addition, you should have at least three years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in case management or a related field. Knowledge of case management principles and of the healthcare system, including insurance and reimbursement policies, is essential.
