
Nurse Case Manager
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Nurse Case Manager to join the Kaiser Permanente team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent patient care and population health, as well as experience in case management and utilization review. Our Nurse Case Managers are highly organized, compassionate, and have a strong commitment to providing the highest quality of care to our members.The successful candidate will possess a registered nursing degree from an accredited institution and be licensed to practice in the state of operation, in addition to experience in case management and utilization review. The candidate should also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
