Newborn Resuscitation & Stabilization RN

Responsibilities:

3. Monitor newborns’ vital signs and health status and implement appropriate interventions as needed.
4. Document patient assessments and care plans in the electronic medical record.
5. Educate families on newborn care and provide emotional support and guidance as needed.
6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for newborns.
7. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research projects.
8. Maintain current knowledge of advances in neonatal care.
9. Follow infection control procedures and adhere to safety protocols.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
